The website can be used for informational purposes by interacting with it. The website and the games CANNOT be used for or with the intent of:

Playing the games

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games for your own entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, modify, repackage or redistribute the games or their assets, use cheats, exploits, automation or modified clients, disrupt our servers or other players' sessions, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

Online features depend on servers we run and may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time. Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over.

Player-created content

You keep ownership of the maps, scenarios and other content you create. By uploading or sharing it in a game, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it inside our games and to let other players download and play it. You are responsible for what you upload: it must be yours to share, must not break these terms, and must not contain personal information, NSFW material or anything infringing someone else's rights. We may remove shared content that breaks these terms, is reported, or that we consider harmful — and you can ask us to remove your own uploads at any time.

Advertising and purchases

Our games are free and supported by advertising served by third-party partners; ad content is theirs, not ours. Where in-app purchases are offered, they are processed entirely by the platform store (Google Play or the App Store), and refunds are handled under that store's policy, not ours.

Removal or limitation of access

A user's, player's or server's access to the website and to online game features can be limited or removed completely at any time, without notice or reason (reasons include violating the terms).

Intellectual property

The games, their names, artwork, code, models, sounds and this website's design remain our property or that of our licensors. Recording and streaming gameplay for non-commercial or monetized video platforms is welcome; selling, redistributing or claiming ownership of our assets is not.

Liability

Your use of the website and the games is solely at your own risk. They are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind. The website is offered only for informational purposes, and the accuracy, usefulness, completeness or timeliness of any information it provides cannot be warranted.

Therefore, in no event will the website, the games, Hostinger or we be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages whatsoever (including loss of data or game progress) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the website or the games. We do not warrant that the service will function uninterrupted, be secure, or be available at any particular time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; that it is free of viruses or other harmful components; or that the results of using it will meet your requirements.
